Sid Mehta is a global leader in sustainable food systems, driving impact at the intersection of climate, nature, nutrition, and business. As Founder & CEO of Greenworks Inc. and Co-Founder of Nihkhah, he mobilizes coalitions, shapes policy, and delivers real-world solutions that bridge vision and execution.

A Champion of SDG 12.3, Sid is recognized for his leadership in halving food loss and waste, and has engaged at major forums including the UN COPs, Climate Week NYC, the UN General Assembly, and the World Food Forum. His 21+ year career spans executive roles at Emerging Ag Inc., Compass Group Canada, and Simon Fraser University, where he founded the Climate Action Labs.

Sid serves on multiple global advisory boards, including Food for Climate League, Climate Bonds Initiative, and Food Tank, and teaches ESG in global food systems at the University of British Columbia.
