Dr. Paisley is a Senior Geochemist at WSP and serves as Geochemical Technical Lead on a variety of global mining projects from sites in early exploration and design phase, to those undergoing remediation and closure. With approximately 10 years of experience in geoscience research and critical minerals; she has supported the development of novel extraction technologies for lithium brines, the advance of geothermal projects, and utilized geochemical modelling to solve complex geoscience challenges. Currently, Rebecca is also a Non-Executive Director for Lithium Energy Exploration Inc (LEXI), a green energy company focused on the acquisition and development of lithium brine assets in Argentina. She is an experienced orator who thrives at the interface of industry, research, and innovation with a passion for geoscience communication and STEM engagement.
