Jordan is the Chief Decarbonization Officer (CDO) for FRESCo Building Efficiency. For the last 19 years his career has been focused on improving energy efficiency and reducing emissions from residential and commercial buildings. His work has included large scale development projects and innovative deep retrofits. He is currently leading a retrofit accelerator for multi-family buildings and supporting the development of new programs and policies to advance decarbonization. Jordan is interested in all manner of electric solutions for today’s challenges and is the chair of the Building to Electrification Technical committee. He’s a longtime electrification enthusiast, having built an electric bike in 2008 and lived in an all-electric home since 2009.
