Hannah Wittman is a Professor in the Institute of Resources, Environment and Sustainability, and Faculty of Land and Food Systems at the University of British Columbia, Canada.  and leads UBC’s Research Excellence Cluster in Diversified Agroecosystems. Dr. Wittman conducts community-based and participatory action research related to agroecological transitions, digital agroecology, open-source technology and digital literacy, ethical data governance and climate resilience.
