Angela Jarvis is the E-Mobility Manager with City of Coquitlam, responsible for planning, policy and pilots regarding electrifying transportation. This involves leading the launch of a shared e-micromobility program of both e-bikes and e-scooters in 2023 and developing the City’s first e-Mobility Strategy. With experience across both private and public sectors, Angela’s portfolio covers multimodal electrification, policy development, infrastructure planning, and shared e-mobility planning and operations.
